These possible stressors occur throughout our
lives. They do not necessarily ‘have to happen’, though they are commonly seen as precipitants to a ‘depressive episode’. They may also be seen as contributing factors in conditions such as
Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder (manic or depressive
phases); in some cases, individuals have experienced psychotic symptoms, though
these are more often than not associated with an underlying condition or illness and are merely the 'extreme'
end of the spectrum.

Some of these may never occur, though certainly there are
those that are inevitable; some may occur at various ages and stages of your life. Nevertheless, they are
stressors that many people will experience and some are specific to the Rugby League arena.
