Communication is absolutely essential if you are to maintain healthy relationships, more adequately deal with issues of concern or problems you may have and the capacity to 'sort out' your problems.

Honesty

Honesty is positive; dishonesty is negative - the end results of dishonesty are 'mistrust & suspicion', 'anger & bitterness', 'social alienation' and 'general negativity'. Be honest with yourself & others. Honesty is the basis in the formulation of TRUST.

Responsibility

We all have responsibilities; don't shirk these. Everyone else suffers and you will have to bear the consequences of their frustrations. These responsibilities encompass all aspects of life. They apply to your role as a player, representative of your club, partner or spouse, father, son, member of society.
